About Us

My name is Suneetha Rachoori, and this is my life journey - from struggle and pain to purpose and service.

I was born on April 5th, 1987, in Koranjabadra village, Sompeta Mandal. I grew up in a very poor family and faced many hardships since childhood. Because of my father’s dishonest behaviour and wrong actions, our family was not respected in the village. People insulted us, and I carried that pain inside me for many years.

But those struggles made me strong. I promised myself one thing: “I will live with dignity, work hard, and build a life that makes me proud.”

Early Education and Support

In my difficult days, God sent good people to help me. Mr. Dondapani Patnayak Garu, a respected village elder, supported me with kindness. Sri Gowthu Syama Sundara Shivaji Garu, then MLA of Sompeta, encouraged me to continue my education.

After 10th class, my uncle Karri Bhaskar Rao Garu helped me study at Baruva Government College. To stand on my own feet, I joined a private hospital as a nurse. Under the guidance of Dr. Krishnamurthy Garu, I completed my nursing training and later worked with the Red Cross.

Losing My Clinic

Later, I started my own private clinic to help poor patients. But due to my father’s repeated disturbances, I lost the clinic. The pain was deep, but it became my turning point.

How My Businesses Started - Timeline

1. Srikrish Designer Studio (2012)

In July 2010, I read the novel “Amulya” by Anuradha Garu. Her story touched my heart and awakened my creative side.

By 2012, I gathered courage and started Srikrish Designer Studio. I began with small custom designs. Slowly, I worked with movie artists and creative professionals. Every design I created was made with love, patience, and originality.

This was my first step into the business world.

2. Nandanavanam Farming Journey (Seed planted in 2013, Started in 2021)

In 2013, a little girl from our extended family, Roja, fell seriously ill with cancer. At just 12 years old, she suffered from low platelets and was referred to MNJ Hospital, Hyderabad.

Watching her struggle made me question the food we eat and the chemicals used in farming.

In 2018, a song sent by Rajeev Garu touched my heart deeply. It reminded me how humans are harming nature.

That day, I decided: “I want to protect nature and grow food without chemicals.”

I started learning natural farming with guidance from:

• Subhash Palekar Garu
• Vijay Ram Garu
• Suresh Brother (Save Farmers)
• Harikrishna Garu (My Classmate)
• Rajendra Brother (Rythu Badi)

In 2021, I officially started Nandanavanam Natural Farming on my land. creating a clean, peaceful, chemical-free green space.

3. Nandanavanam Home Land Dining (2022)

After successfully growing chemical-free vegetables, I started Nandanavanam Home Land Dining in 2022. Here, we serve pure, homemade, natural food grown in our own land.

This place is built with one goal: healthy food, clean environment, and pure love.

4. ROOTRITZ School (2023)

My life struggles taught me the pain of not having support. To honour those who helped me, especially Gowthu Syama Sundara Shivaji Garu. I wanted to give back to society.

With this intention, I founded ROOTRITZ School in 2023.

ROOTRITZ School provides:

• Free education for orphans
• Free education for children of martyred soldiers
• Special concessions for children of serving defence personnel

ROOTRITZ is built not just as a school, but as a family of hope and opportunity.

In the 2024–2025 academic year, ROOTRITZ continued with even more strength, and admissions increased with community support.

5. Srikrish Group (2024)

As my responsibilities grew, I combined all my works - education, farming, dining, designing, and future projects - under one umbrella:

Srikrish Group (established in 2024) A group built on honesty, service, nature, and creativity.

A Note to My Parents

Even though my parents could not support me financially or guide my career, I thank them from my heart. Their love and care in my childhood gave me a safe space to dream. Without that foundation, I would not be who I am today.
